Cellphone clajm

Good day I have an complaint to make against edgars for an cellphone claim which I'm struggling with since 22/09/20 my cell phone was ****** so I went to jets & edgars N1 City Goodwood with my paper work and was send throught by not store the consultants at boths store phone the but there phone just Lee on ringing if it do gets picked up then that consultants drop the call its been going on like that everyday until now I have been assisted due to that the consultants at the claims department told me there no details of me claim and I was told they going to escalated over to there senior and will give a call back in 48 hours and still havent received any call from them I phone again today and the same thing was told to me told no details will be escalated and I send a email with the documentation from my own cellphone I'm loyal customer but to gets assist regarding your claim is ridiculious I pays my account everyday
