Cellphone
I'm very disappointed in the service that I am get. I have a cellphone insurance claim sins last year. Every store except Jet Beaufort West I ask told me they can't help me because they don't sell cellphones that is R5000 and upper. In Beaufort West the Manager from Jet really tried her best to help me,she even showed me the email she sent to the person that is handling there phones but I had to leave town.At the moment I am in Worcester and Edgars in Mountain Mill Mall told me today again they can't order phones because its high risk. I am paying insurance for a phone that I don't have and sins I can't cancel it because of the claim that I first have to make. I am waisting my money every month because of this claim. Can you please assist me with this matter.
