Cellphone

<p>I once complained about Jet in Cresta shopping mall, i bought a citrus phone from them and it gave me problems i took it back and i was told they will send it for repairs. It was with them for more than a month thats when I reported them here. After that they called me promising that i will get it as soon as possible, till today I am still waiting. Thier last call was on th 20th October 2016. Last week Thursday I went to the store and i was told the phone is still with cell C and cell C is giving them problems. My concern is how can one stay without a phone for such a long time and most companies are gona close for Christmas. Please help.</p>
