Cell phone coversion without consent nor request

I do not have any edcon account, but they got hold of my prepaid number and converted it into a contract, withoit my concent nor an application. I have made several queries to have it reversesed and removed from their system completely as i have no interest in doing any business with this group. AT ALL! The agents that finally answer when I call are for the most part very unprofeaaional and umwilling to help. They cut calls then you have to call again and again many times always been placed on hold for very long only to have a bad customer service. There were only 2 that seemed fine, but 4 days later i have not recieved word back from them as promissed and had to call them again, nor have they revoced the changes they made to my number without my concent. I have been battling to get throught to the or any tespectful client service. Jet and edgars airtime help line is not a very friendly help line at all. Totally disgusted and will never use their company. I need my number to revert back to prepaid and be romoved from their systems entirely. As they had no right in doing what they did
