cannot contact customer care

I do not have an Edcon account, but keep on getting SMS reinders to pay my account. i have sent several emails to ***, but then I get automated response stating : The email you recently sent to us will be ignored as our email address could not be found as a specified recipient

It is therefore impossible to communicate or complain to Edcon as they simply do not allow you to send them an email to there customer relations depart

So today I receive another SMS stating that I did not cancel cell phone insurance.... I do not have Edcon account!!!!! I am really trying hard not to lose my temper, but you are making it extremely difficult! I had a staff account, but I left the company in 2016 and even then I did not have cell phone insurance! When I left the company the account was closed! Please just resolve this once and for all! ,
