cancelttion didn't happend
my momst account was handed over to vvm and last year july i called to settle & close the account & my mom owed R1401.32 and SINDISWA gave me a discount of R350.33 & then i paid R1050.99 on the 27th july 2015. she confirmed via sms about the discount and i sent her the proof of payment and she confirmed that the account will be closed @ they will let edcon make it zero on their side and then they will send us a letter. sice lat year we didnt recevie any call from edcon and they posted a letter in january saying she owes money and thats when i called edcon and vvm to ask whats happening. i differnt consultants and they were all saying different stories. i called vvm and they said the account is closed its edcon that must make it zero. on the 16/1/16 i spoke to Sindi & she said they requested a paid up letter from vvm & then today i called edcon and spoke to Patience ngidi and she said vvm said they never gave us a discount and i explained to her that i still have that sms and i sent the proof tot eh consultants at edcon and their managers but they didnt respond to me. i then called vvm @ 11:54 and spoke to nolo and she said the account is closed and its edcon that must clear
