Buying online from Red Square
Well, with only 1183 Characters, I can only summarize. Trying to buy perfume online from Red Square on a promotion is a joke. After not being able to get the site to work properly, I have called about 9 people for assistance, as well as has having gone into a store. Interestingly the store staff also said \we are always having problems with the online section.\" To date, I have no help, no perfume, and promises that the MD Bernie Brooks's PA will call me back have resulted to ZERO. The Red Square companies are ABSOLUTELY USELESS and Edcon would be well served to give the Red Square division away, as one certainly cannot sell such a circus. (not in today's times when Circuses are no longer fashionable) BEWARE OF RED SQUARE AS SERVICE OF ANY NATURE WHEN YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT ONLINE STUFF IS NON - EXISTENT. "
