Emailed over 150 times no response no reply, phoned and they keep passing the bucket and drops the phone without any answers.

Did as they asked in their reply. Phoned me and promised to give me feedback on last week Friday, nothing happened, still waiting for an answer. They don't reply to my emails keep on passing the bucket after making empty promises. Very anger to open a case of ***** against them as they are *****ing from me.
