Brand New Bed Sheet that is ripped no reply from anybody Edcon or Jet

I have contacted Edcon and advise them of the below and they advise I need to speak to the branch manager which is also a disaster, as per below: Bed Sheet that is ripped, brand new out of the plastic, the sheet is not even a month old either, I have been sending e-mails to head office, contact them directly and contact the branch manager in Lake side Mall Benoni, I waited for 10 minutes on the phone and had to put the phone down as no manager answered the phone, I would like to return the bed sheet and get exchange of another one, the only problem is that they were out of stock when I bought the sheet. I am tired of following up with head office trying to resolve a simple issue that cannot be resolved in one simple step, if this is the way I am going to be treated as a customer I rather close my account and go some where I will be treated like a customer. I would like a manager to E-MAIL ME NOT PHONE ME regarding this issue I have.
