Good day i like to lay a complaint with Edcon's call centre i payed my account in full and then they sent me a letter stating that my name will be removed with in 48hours then 4 to 5 working days evertime i phoned i hear that but nothing has been done. They keep making emty promises its been almost 5 months of poor service i keep calling but they never return my call my phone is sky high of emty promises.
