As per investigations, please be advised that you were requested to pay for the repair due to the physical damage detected (sim card holder), as when physical damage is detected the warranty is considered null and void.

As per further investigations, please note that your handset cannot be repaired by the insurance, as you had cancelled your insurance.

Please be advised that your handset is still with finrite as they would like to assist you with the repairs, provided that you reinstate the insurance.

For further information, kindly contact finrite on *** and you will be advised accordingly.
