Being charged for a magazine I have never received or subcribed to?
<p>I need to make a complaint about my Edcon account ********** ********** 31438 as I am being threatened all the time to make payment, firstly an investigation was supposed to be happening as apparently I am subsribed to a magazine I have ever received or ever recall subscribing to? Secondly it still shows I owe R649.94 on my Boardmans account when I never received the kettle because you didnt have stock???? The only thing I owe money on is a pan which was R299 of which I have paid R100. Please can you stop harassing me with messages to make payment until you do an investigation to find out how I am subscribed to the mazagine and how we are going to resolve this as I refuse to pay for something I never asked for or received.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p> <p>Lauren</p>
