Being billed for something i never agreed to

I recieved a phone call offering multiple services. I accepted but was never told i would be charged for it. I found out about 2 or 3 months later that i was being charged for edgars vip club. I went to edgars festival mall to cancel it and reimburse my money i still have not recieved correspondence saying i will or will not get my money back. I also am being charged for cell c airtime every month yet i dont have a cell c account. I requested this be removed and reimbursed. This is still coming off my account every month
