Being an edcon client is the worst ever

I was paying my edcon acc however when I was getting retrenched I had called them up for options to pay a smaller installment so that I don't have to get a bad credit record however they turned a deaf ear and just listed me on ITC and now have made my life difficult for even getting my son school sorted. I am a single parent and try hard to make ends meat. Thanks to edcon group I can't even get a decent job because they actually check credit rating now.
