Begging and pleading desperately

I have delivered my working tablet which had a broken screen 3 months ago to be repaired as it was covered. It's been 3 months now I have not heard an update on it and I was told by the store to keep on checking them. I have called countless times and I am on hold for an hour waiting for a consultant. I have sent an email, but nothing even response to it. Please edcon I am working under tough times I need my device, academics are taking place online. I am now pleading and begging you to please help and either return it unfixed with all the monthly premiums or repair my tablet I pray you in the name of God have mercy I am ineed here help me.
