BALANCE REMAINS THE SAME BUT I PAY MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH !!
I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU EVERY MONTH BUT I ALWAYS OWE R1700.00 AFTER PAYING AND WHEN YOU SEND YOUR STATEMENTS I OWE R1800 HOW DO I PAY AN ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT DECREASING BUT INCREASING ??? MAY I PLEASE GET CLARIFICATION ON THIS ASAP !!
