BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFAIR SERVICE
I had a jet account a few years back, I remember I paid off the account in 2016 if I am not mistaken at EDGARS Shelly Center. And today I find out that my account has been handed over to the lawyers and I have no idea how and why because this account was paid off. I spoke to 3 consultants today regarding this issue and none of them could assist me instead I am being sent around. The last person I spoke to, I asked him to give me the lawyers number but he couldn't. I NEED ANSWERS!!!!! THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
