Bad service, on fixing a tablet.

<p>Hi Team,</p> <p>Hope al is well.</p> <p>I am not very hapy with service I receive from Jet Alberton, we bought a tablet & as it was not switching on , we took back to the store & as we have insurance on it we were assured that its a minor issue & it will be sorted quickyly.</p> <p>Its been 3 months now, still not back & 1st the lady in store took my details incorrectly & never bothered to call me back & let me klnow, I found that out as I was now asking for progress.</p> <p>I am not happy & I would like some urgent feedback on this- not sure if it's still in store or even went for repair or they lost it, we just not getting a clear indication as to whats happening.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly please, please liase with my mom Nonhlanhla on ********** , as I mostly not able to take calls during the day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p>Thembisile</p>

We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Service is a priority at our stores and we must apologize for this lapse in service. We have escalated the complaint to the Jet Alberton, management for actioning accordingly as the Tablet was sent in store for repairs and the matter has been pending for a long time , this is as per the post that was sent to us. A reference number for the formal complaint logged on your behalf is as follows ********** 290/GO. We understand all the inconveniences caused and frustrations incurred by the above matter.. The store management will look into the matter and revert with feedback accordingly.
