Bad service from Edgars store Brooklyn.

I have a gift voucher form edgars,I went to the store trying to buy using my voucher I today they are not under edcon I can't use my voucher be6they are using ned system they old one is faced out, I'm sti5having thegift vou6that I dont know how to redeem it cos I'm not getting any assitance from the store.
