Bad service from edgars edcon

I received an sms from edgars with banking details and reference to use when making eft,which I made a payment through eft because of this pandemic,the next thing I got SMS and email that I'm owing double installments,to my surprise I called soo many times and was told that the case is being opened,I even sent a proof of payment but I'm still not getting assistance,I'm sick and tired of this issue and to date it's still showing I'm in arrears, this simply means that someone is not doing a proper reconciliation, i cannot double pay and cannot reverse the money either. This is really frustrating.
