Bad Service From Edcon

I paid my account on the 20/05/2015 till today payment is not showing I sent proof of payment no one can find the payment. The person who assist me is Hendrietta Maseko 28570 at Shop 11 Eersterust Shopping Centre Pretoria....Edcon service are pathetic no one will ever give you feedback or go the extra mile for their clients.<br> <br> Email was sent to [Email Removed] with proof of payment. she ref it to [Email Removed] she ref it to [Email Removed] ....Got feedback from [Email Removed] that i must contact the store to sort this out where i made the payment,while i sent them proof of payment that was made on the 20/05/2015....now im as mad as hell coz no one can rectify this and sort out my payment that's not showing this is the worse service i come across.i want someone from edcon to contact me to inform my my payment was rectified and i also need a paid up letter that i settled my account.
