Bad service fro Edcon

I lodged a complaint a week ago, edcon pretended to respond with nothing but an email, they not saying anything about my order refund, I send 2 emails to Khululiwe khumalo who hasn't responded till today, Edcon is a joke of a company, I work for the big company myself but we don't treat client this bad, this is poor servise at its best, please don't call me, just refund my money please ORDER NUMBER IS ***
