Bad Service

I am writing this review for my mother. Her Name is Pauline Sekete from last year July her Edgars account was credited with airtime which she did not sign for and never recieved airtime on her phone but she was charge extra money on her account. Last year December she went to Edgars Vaal Mall to complain and she was told that they will cancel the airtime and return the airtime money that she paid, but till today they are still charging her for that airtime that she is not receiving . Every time when we complain they say they will fix the problem
