Bad Service at Customer Care

I have an account with Jet stores, I have been paying R19.99 for Mobile Content Subscription which I do not even know what is it for. As difficult as it is to get hold of number to call for assistance with cancellation you are sent from pillar to post till someone just decides to drop your call, I have managed to speak to agent who said she has canceled it but am still paying for it. I decided to pay up their account , called for them to cancel it, seemingly it has not been cancelled I just received the statement. Can someone at Edcon please cancel my Jet account it is paid up acc no: ***
