Bad service

I placed an order at jet on line Saturday evening, to date I have not received my items and yet the online indicates 2-5working says which has since passed. I called yesterday 30 May and advised the call center agent that I need the items by tomorrow and he politely advised same will not be received and he couldn't even tell me why I have received my items. I expressed my frustration with him and asked him why the turnaround time is 2-5working days and told him I expected a call by COB yesterday and never received one. I then send an email and their auto response was inky for 48 hours. Tried calling the call center again this morning and was unable to get through. This is pathetic I ordered from another on line company thier turnaround time was the same but belive me it came the next day. I don't think I will ever use your online service again this is beyond pathetic!!!
