Bad service

Years ago we went on debt review and then I had to battle for 4 years after everything was paid up to get the clearance letter. Since 4 April 2019 that letter has been send to Edcon three times and still my account is blocked. Even though I has been paid up for years and I actually have a positive balance since my last payment I paid bit more then I was supposed to. This is the only account I still want to have as I have children that needs clothes every season change since the out grow the previous years clothes. And you can email and phone till you are blue in the face, they just don't help you.
