Bad service

I bought a gift card at Jet which stated at the back under Terms and conditions that i can use it at edcon stores and legit was one of the stores listed. Today i went to use the gift card at legit but was told that i cannot use the card even though it clearly states on the card that i can use it at legit. The staff were just rude and didnt want to assist. The edcon customer care was just as unhelpful. After holding on the line for more than 20 mins my issue was not resolved. Now im stuck with a gift card and im forced to use it at edgars or jet. This is totally unprofessional.
