I'm so unhappy with edcon called on the 9th of December to get a settlement amount to settle my account which I did in full than called to ask for a paid up letter and I have been waiting ever since called today was told abt a 6 I know nothing of and that I must wait for Monday is this really fair I've been waiting 4 almost a month jst for a paid up letter really I'm so unhappy bcuz my plans are being put on hold for wat jst bcuz u cnt do ur job properly.
