bad service!!

at about two weeks ago I entered the store Jet at east gate, with the intention to open an account. I was told that I would be able to even though I had no bank statement, that all I had to do is bring it back after a few days. I gave all my details and my managers details for confirmation of employment. after a day I returned with the bank statement and I ask the clerk if the process is still on or have they approved it. she tells me that they did not approve the account on the bases that the could not confirm my employment.<br> I return to my manager and she tells me that she received no call at all as she had no meetings. no I ask the clerk(by now it's a different one) and she is blaming the the other clerk who helped me. no one is helping me get answers. today I go to Edgars in alberton and they tell me that who ever that assisted me did not follow up hence such a quick decline. and to this day no reply from edcon I had to go to the store to find out this. what kind of service training does edcon give to it's employees. the little care your staff has for
