Bad response

Hi<br> I've been trying to open an account since 29 Sept 2015, till today nothing. Herewith the reasoning -<br> Sorry - We can not open your documents, or system can not open pdf please can you change it. So I did to jpg, sorry we still can not open your documents please it must be pdf. <br> <br> Can you go to the store and they can fax it. In this day in age, why can a company as big as Edcon not open a simple document? To make matters worse, I have to phone them, not once did they phone to inform me that they got a problem. <br> I know, Edcon does not reply, but nevertheless I just had to get this out of my system. Bad very bad service.<br> <br>
