Bad experience
They have been very unprofessional and are not willing to assist in anyway. Been up and down trying to sort out my issue but up to this point no one has been able to assist

11 Dec 2019, 07:03Thanks for the response, can to you please forward me a letter of confirmation of closure to my email address ***, I need to forward it to NCR and It was show the date of which the fully paid for the account so I can clear my credit record because this has ruined my credit score.
