Bad Edgars service

I have been a Edgars customer for 40 years now and today I closed my account. I always pay my account on the last day of the month and did so on 30 September. I received numerous SMS since Wednesday that my account is in arrears and I must make an payment. This morning I received a threatening call this morning to instruct me to make an payment immediately. After a huge argument I requested for an email address to forward the receipt of my payment on which the rude lady hang up on me. I tried to contact them a few times without any success so I went to the nearest branch and settled my remaining balance and closed the account. As a loyal client who never skipped an installment in 40 years I don't think I deserve to be treated like trash. Edgars will never see my business again. They need some competent staff seriously
