Bad customer service from Edcon Jet and Edgars Wonderpark

My mother is being sent from pillar to post because nobody in your store is will to assist because one of your staff members errorously canceled all her insurance policies on her account but she informed that only one was canceled. She went to Jet Wonder Park and wasn't assisted with her query Tumisho didn't bother to assist my mother because it wasn't his responsibility because he didn't make the mistake. Its disturbing that she'd me treated in such a terrible manor because all she wanted to do is claim from the insurance while one of your staff members canceled .
