BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

And so I am am disgusting in the way they make promises and also the over pricing of their MOBILE PHONES!!!!! I have been promised a phone that have been ordered with the Voucher they gave me as they do not do CASH refunds!!!??? This is now a week end a half later and no reply or phone!!! I am so ****ed off and this Company can go **** them self!!!! Wasting a persons time and money and with empty promises!!!!
