Bad customer service

<p>I laybuyed clothes at jet month eloff Street on the 7.11.2016.</p> <p>Yesterday I went to jet to payoff and collect the clothes, I spent 30min waiting for prudence to come back with my clothes. She came back advised me that they can't find my order. I didn't understand it, it was so pathetic because this things have order numbers surely it should be placed in order. Then they promised to look for my order today 1st thing.</p> <p>I went to your hopeless shop and again I had to spend 50min wait for your helpless employees to get my clothes from your storage. Including your helpless, hopeless and arrogant admin manager (sthe malinga) they came back and told me they can't find my clothes.</p> <p>No I demand jet Mart to deliver my clothes by 11am. 01.12.2016 at my work. I'm tired of your pathetic employees waisting my ****en time.</p> <p> </p>
