bad customer service

<p>I wanted to buy bags in the cna sale shop at cresta mall on 12.09.2016 @ 15:44 and was refused help I was told it was a customers order yet a staff member had the privilege to take 2 of those bags and purchased it infront of me the rest of the bags were taken to the store room. Today when I called the manager he says he can't do anything as there is no bags available and he does not know what happened to the stock the staff hide away in the store room yesterday, the lady that works in the sale shop also doesn't know what happened to it... It seems like it magically disappeared. I was advised customers place orders for them not sure when cna started this trend? It seems like the staff and manager have no clue as to what they are doing there. </p>
