Bad customer experience

I experienced the worst customer service on the 11th of April 2022. I got into the store (Edgars Polokwane Landross Mare street) wanting to purchase a Cologne and was left standing alone without anyone to assist me. A guy who helps with account opening called out for one of the shop assistant to assist me but no one came to assist. I left the store without being assisted and won't be going back to that store.
