Bad consultant service.

I called probably 4 times on the 26th as I can't purchase online. Whenever i want to link to my card it says. That my card has been linked to another account. The first lady i spoke to said the online shopling dept is closed but she can assist me. She tried to help me but couldnt solve the problem. I called again the lady said she is from the online shopping department. I was on hold for 15 minz and still couldnt help me. She said she will call me back. And still nothing. I am so dissapointed in the unprofessional matter that i was assisted. Very bad Edcon.
