bad call centre

I have been trying to cancel my Legit account and its proven to be difficult I was told to call RMCS to cancel a subscription I don't remember getting, when I did my information was taken and I was told to wait this is such an inconvenience and unnecessary way of doing this,now I'm waiting indefinitely for phone call to provide what information that should be supp**** immediately namely can this cancelled immediately and what is my ref number so I can continue I sincerely hope this is not a **** by Edcon to trap consumers into paying a subscription that seems to be very difficult to get information on Please I just want to cancel my account as soon as possible
