Bad behaviour and continuous herassing

I have an account with Edgars since 1975 with out problems until September 2020 when they land in trouble. At that stage I own them under R400.00 and don't use the account since then. Istruggle from September 2020 to receive my statements. I app**** for debt relieve when I lost my job in 2020 without success. Then I offered R50.00 which they accept but the keep calling meme keep sending sms's. This all running my account over R600. Then they handed me over after I kept my promis of paying R50.ppm. End July wit an account of R196.00 I paid R100.00 and inform them this is my FINAL payment. I'm not willing to pay all their unnecessary costs and they must closed my account. They ignore all my emails. Ignore what I said with the phone calls. Until today they still herassing me. My income is minimum and I can't abort this behaviours if them to put me in more financial stress. Please help!! #WIN
