Bad Admin, *****ing money
I was handed over to pay my Debt, this was paid and still the Debt still shows on my account each Month, they just ***** your money when you dont even have. They are ruining my life i paid the account more than 5 months ago and still not updated. Never open a account at them they just hand you over and take your money and say you still owe them. I have contacted them more than 50 times and still no one can help me as they do not care i was at alberton Branch 4 times for assistance and they keep telling me they waiting for head office.

In light of the received enquiry regarding your payment and Credit bureau update, please note that the proof of payment previously received via Transunion was escalated to VVM attorneys because the payment was made into their bank account.
The last communication and feedback sent to Transunion was advising that VVM had confirm receipt of the proof of payment and that they had escalated it to their Accounts Department for tracing and allocation purposes.
I did check on the account after receiving your enquiry lodged with reference ***/GO and also viewed that the balance has not been cleared. A further enquiry has been forwarded to VVM as a follow up to their Tracing process with reference number ‘Ticket#***’.
This has been marked as urgent and further feedback will be provided as soon as possible.
We do apologise for the inconvenience and frustrations caused in the interim.

Because of this i cannot get a car or get a small loan to fix my car. Fix this, i will keep Edcon responsible!
