********** 1188/Go. my card was swapped 2 times between 13:56 and 13:57 same day by two ladies at jet store. They used a different signature on the 1st transaction and for that my account was debited every month for something I didn't know for 4 months . When I contacted the call center I was told the gonna investigate the matter and later come back to me and said the gave the ladies a warning. Every time the cashier sign a customer on a jet club the get R50 that's why they end up doing **********ly. How can you give someone a warning on *****, if it was other way around will the ladies be at work? I doubt it.what about those whose never notice this on their accounts. Is this the way you tread your customers. Samuel van wyk head of jet stores said to call center agent he doesn't see any reason for him to phone me and according to him the matter has been resolved. On financial institutions ***** is dismissal. Can I trust your staff with my personal details or go the any other store of edcon? don't think so. The response that I got from is is showing us a middle finger
