Atrocious Service-Edcon

I reported a complaint to Edcon on the 28th November, following an incident on the 26th, two days earlier, to this day, i have not received feedback from anyone at Edcon, despite numerous attempts to follow up. This leads me to conclude that the poor treatment that is meted out to us by the staff is a direct result of knowing how casual the customers' complaints are treated from within their structures. For ease of referrence please refer to the complaint below, it's precisely what i had sent originally.

"

I was at CNA SouthGate branch on Saturday, i had the displeasure of dealing with a Matlakala who was very rude and unprofessional towards me. The trouble started when i bought a Cellphone at Edgars, they could not RICA for me due to whatever reasons so they advised me to go to CNA for help. This Matlakala was manning the mobile desk, when i asked if i could RICA my sim card her initial response was "We don't RICA phones that were not bought here", she said that in full view of people. She wanted to know why could Edgars not assist, my response was "i don't know if they are offline but they could not do it for me", to which she retorted "if they are offline, then we are also offline", so i asked her if her official reason for not helping is the fact that Edgars are offline or that the phone was not bought there, she ****ily laughed and proceeded to say "anyway i'm busy right now, go to the counter and see if they will help you". I told her that i would be laying a formal complaint for the manner in which she treated me, in full view of the other customers, she did not seem bothered. My question, is this how the staff at CNA are trained to handle the customers? If no? What remedial action are you going to take against Matlakala to ensure that she stops subjecting customers to such horrible treatment? I would appreciate feebdack please. The worse part is that she did not show an iota of remorse aftera that dispicable display of bad mannerisms, despite her collegaues trying to make amends to me, on her behalf."

Based on the above, it's clear to see that bad customer service is a norm at Edcon.
