Are you freaking kidding me???
i opened an account at Legit Trade Route Mall in August and was advised when I went to collect my card that they cannot release the card unless I purchase something. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay my balance and were sin formed that I owe nearly R350.00. I asked for a breakdown and were informed the said charges stem from Jet & Edgar's Club charges. I've been sent from pillar to post to get to these charges billed to my account reversed. I never even received any messages and/or a statement.<br> <br> Frankly I've had enough in dealing with *********** staff. I want these club subscriptions for Jet and Edgar's reversed from inception and a detailed statement send to me once amended.<br> <br> I expect the courtesy of a reply from your offices and the necessary inspections and corrections from qualified personnel.
