appliance within waruntee not covered
I went to a store to have an exchange done on a kettle I purchase on account.The kettle is only a few months old.appliances to my knowledge have a 12 month garuntee.I requested to speak to management to explain how I discovered the fault on the kettle.spoke to a young \fella"whom addressed the matter to the manager in his office.he liased btween myself and the manager numerous times.The service was putrid"
