In February 2020, I went to Edgars to settle my account, they told me i need to pay the account though MBD. I did that and the account was settled in full. Now Edgars say the account is still in arrears and MBD says the account was settled and closed but neither can provide me with statement. This is absolutely appalling and frustrating. I need this sorted ASAP.
