Another unresolved complaint
<p>Hi there. I would like to log another complaint against Edcon and Jet specifically. Last week I received a call advising me that someone will be in contact with me as they are still investigating my issue. Till today I have had no feedback. Does this mean the matter has been swept under the rug? Does this mean Edcon is condoning ***** in their business?</p>

31 May 2017, 17:27Thank you once again for making contact with us .The arrangements were that your sister comes into the Pietermaritzburg store to view the camera footage in order to identify who used the voucher .However we will notify management to contact you once again in order to assist further .
