Adding Interest on Account(ThankU) without notification

<p>Hi Team,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have an account - ********** ********** 05763 with edcon which had opened in May 16 and since after august I haven't used this account for any purchases and also I dont have any account card with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>After visiting Edgards(Randburg Square) they told me that in Aug 2016 I made purchase of R300 and 50R.</p> <p> </p> <p>These guys added interest on the account without any type of communication and now amout is accumalated around R1000.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked them to provide final account statement by reversing interest rate but still they havent provided feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>Requested them to suspend this account immediately so that I can pay settlemnt amount and close this account ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me so that I dont have to pay for which I am not responsible</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
