Addinf Financial Services without consent to account

<p>i write with utter disbelive that Edcon will stoop so low by adding financial product to account holders with out consent. I have been to one of the stores and querried this and also asked for the voice recording that i consentented to taking out the policies. One of the consultants assured me the all the amounts which have been charged to my account will be reversed. Up until today this has not been resolved and i am being continously harrassed each and everyday for payment on my acccount, if all these premiums are reversed my account will have a zero balance. Please this is getting out of control and i will have no alternative to contact the Ombudsman as well as the Finanical Services Board to start investigating on how many other customers they do this to.</p>
