Account still not closed. CLEAR MY ITC

WHY is this Edgars account STILL open and People are STILL calling me from your call centre to collect an amount of almost R300 after I have submitted and reported the situation with the Police to proof that this account was never used and active. The paperwork was handed in at the Edgars branch in Centurion mall early January and the account was closed according to the branch. Your call centre is STILL calling me I have app**** for vehicle finance the past week and my vehicle finance was declined only to find out my name is listed on ITC for this account. WHY is this account not closed and WHY has my name not removed from ITC?How many emails,queries and request do you need to WAKE UP, close my account and remove my name from ITC??? Your lack of service left me in a situation where I can not apply for any other finance. My vehicle finance was declined. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I need this account closed TODAY, and my name removed from ITC TODAY or I will take legal action. I need a manager to call me TODAY. You have caused my vehicle finance to be declined and I have one day left to submit a new application for finance. FIX IT TODAY!!!
